LollaPay was introduced with the sole reason to revolutionize and bring efficiency to businesses and customers when making payment transactions.
Using the scan and pay technology, customers will use their own mobile phones to scan the specific QR (Quick Response) to make payments.
It’s easy. Both you (the customer) and the recipient (business owner) will open the relevant apps, then you scan the recipient’s unique QR code displayed in their app through your own app. You confirm the amount to pay and tap to process the payment.
If you run a business, you’ll need to create an account to use LollaPay
No account is needed for customers.
You will need the following details to create a LollaPay account:
i. Business Name
ii. Business Email Address
iii. Business Phone Number
iv. Sales /agent
v. Business Logo
vi. Industry of Operation
The staff will key in the specific amount of a service or a product on their App to
enable the system to generate the QR code for the same.
Using the scanner on your device, scan the QR code provided by the business
owner. You’ll receive a push notification that will prompt you to key in your
Mpesa pin and you are good to go.
You can access LollaPay on Google Play Store or Apple App Store
You can check the transactions made by customers, through your business
account management portal.
You need to have the LollaPay customer app to view all your previous
transactions as a customer.
There are no extra charges for paying for goods or services.
This service is only offered to users in Kenya with registered M-PESA accounts.
